The tour was very comprehensive. We learned a lot about St. Augustine. Judi was extremely knowledgeable regarding many aspects of the city, the people and the historic buildings. The food and wine stops that we made were well thought out and satisfied all of our food and wine preferences. Judi went out of her way to ensure that we had a fantastic and memorable food tour. In addition to being knowledgeable, she was entertaining and interested in finding out a bit about us.

Judi Cowan was our guide. It was a girlfriend get-away in St Augustine. Tuesday, March 18. It was amazing and Judi was so knowledgeable about St. Augustine, the restaurants, food and wine. It was 4 stops. We began at the Lightner Museum for a delicious shrimp, mushroom and wine/sherry sauce over linguini dish paired with wine. Next, Ole City House Inn and restaurant was a beautiful presentation of Chicken, risotto and asparagus with a Chardonnay. Huge portion. Then we went to The Gifted Cork with owner Jean with a charcuterie board and 4 wine samples. Our last stop was A Waffle House with a chocolate waffle topped with homemade creams and champagne. What a fun experience and with Judi’s knowledge and suggestions, we do a sunset tour with Redboat tours on Wednesday, a great suggestion to end out trip. Thank you Judi and the Tasting tours company. Hoping she get Tour Guide of 2025 as well as the2024 award she already has. She takes pride in her city, history and making her guests feel comfortable.
