May 2016
When we booked this tour, we wanted to learn more about the history (new and Old) of LA/Hollywood while visiting sights we have seen on TV or in the movies. This tour covered that and more. Lou is one of the best tour guides we have ever had and we are frequent travelers. Our favorite part was visiting Hollywood and Beverly hills where Lou did a fantastic job of pointing out special places of interest. We weren't expecting to meet a celebrity but we did. The van is very comfortable and Lou makes sure there are rest stops. This tour deserves a solid 10.

We were promptly picked up at our resort as promised by Lou at 8:00. We were a family of 5 including a 7 year old and 2 year old. Lou had a car seat available for our 2 year old granddaughter which I was impressed by. We didn't have to drag out our carseat and install it in his vehicle! We saw all the sights in LA and Hollywood we had hoped to see. Lou even took us to places we didn't even know about. We really liked the personalized attention. The day of our tour, it rained later in the day, but Lou had umbrellas available for each of us. The ride was smooth, and Lou was very informative and full of knowledge about the Hollywood scene. His commentary was enlightening and interesting. It was nice having someone else do the driving around LA as well! We really liked the personalized service provided. Often, a tour company will drop you off at a point and schedule a time to meet and continue the tour, but Lou stuck with us throughout the day so we never felt lost, yet flexible to accommodate sites we wanted to see. There was another family of 3 that joined us, and the gentleman was wheelchair bound. Lou was very mindful of this gentleman's needs, and went so far as to push his wheelchair so his wife could enjoy the sights. We were thrilled we had chosen Have Fun Tours, and Lou as our Hollywood/LA tour guide!!
