First time in 2022 with Johnny the guide excellent experience which is why we decided to take tour again with our kids. First tour with Johnny he was knowledgeable and passionate telling hustory. He motivated us to learn more. This tour we were with Richard it was terrible experience bc of tour guide. We only heard about Lee Harvy Oswald nothing about theories or true history of events and what created theories. Richard guide did not seem knowledgeable beyond the narrative he wanted to paint regarding Oswald's guilt just like his podcast narrative of disproving making a murderer. The stops were in no order we circled D plaza multiple times. Likewise he used his ipad showing pictures as he drove through traffic.He spent several parts of tour promoting two of his personal podcasts not relevant to JFK tour. Because the tour guide directed everything about Oswald our kids lost out on great tour and history of conspiracy theories to make up there own mind. One sided and unprofessional promoting his podcasts on different subjects. We all wanted to leave tour early with Richard tour guide. When with Johnny the tour guide we didnt want tour to end. This can be an amazing tour just not with Richard the tour guide.

Richard is fairly new to the team and as all the guides, we will address your concerns regarding matters not related to the tour. As far as tour topic, the guides are not scripted and are in a certain way free to approach their tours using the material given, but in their own way. We strive to better each day and thank you for your support.
