We loved the entire tour. Tim made the tour enjoyable and kept my 12 year old son interested and wanting to know more about JFK.

Our biggest issue is that having booked this tour through TripAdvisor, we never received any kind of confirmation, including time of tour, where to meet, what was included, what was not included, etc. If it had not been for the actual tour guide texting us that morning, we would have entirely missed the tour. The tour itself was good - our tour guide was very knowledgeable, and we appreciated his efforts especially given the rain that afternoon and wind too. I also do not think that the description of the tour, when the Book Depository Museum is included, makes it clear that you pay extra for the Museum and that the actual tour WITH the tour guide (not including the Book Depository) is 2 hours, not 3 1/2 hours. The Book Depository Museum is self-guided, so it is NOT part of the “tour”. It’s an add-on, on your own.

Thank you for your business and feedback. In regards to the lack of confirmation from Trip Advisor, that’s a matter that had to have been dealt directly with them. For the time of JFK with museum tour, we do advise guest it is just an estimated time to give yourself for the whole tour. We will do better to address this concern thank you.
