Great communication and great crew. From the bus driver to the boat captain and crew everyone was very friendly and knew their stuff. Boat was in excellent condition. Much better than others we saw on the water. Definitely recommend. Will go with them again if ever in Alaska again.

So many whales! Crew was great! The bus driver was quite knowledgeable. Shared many Interesting points on our location. Boat crew was professional and attentive. I took many pictures and captured 2 whale tale photos!

My wife and I took an 11:00 AM tour while visiting Juneau. The entire tour team was helpful and friendly from the moment we booked. They even called me when they thought we had missed the pickup point. The trip itself was very successful. Captain Justin sailed directly to an active feeding area and continuously worked to position the boat for best viewing. He took us to two different spots on our tour and we saw at least eight different whales. Crew members were helpful and safety-aware. Taylor served as naturalist and was extremely knowledgeable and informative. And what scenery! Watching whales surface and roll with mountains and glaciers as a backdrop was amazing. The humpbacks even threw in a little singing to add to the experience. It was a great trip that I fully recommend.
