You are booking this tour through a THIRD PARTY. Dive Kauai is the activity Provider and we know how to run and operate scuba diving tours on Kauai. Viator is simply a third party booking system. Once you make your reservation with us, you will receive our very detailed confirmation email which will be your final confirmation for the tour. This email will outline all of the necessary information for the tour from us directly that will help to answer all of your questions, address our policies and provide helpful information for your upcoming tour. Viator simply doesn't allow any space for this to happen prior to you booking. Again, the activity provider is Dive Kauai.

We did the intro dive with dive master Logan. I am certified Open water, and for my girl, it was her first experience. Excellent briefing by Logan. Made my girl very comfortable, even though she had apprehensions regarding being able to equalize her right ear. The dive went beautifully. It took her a while to slowly equalize, but she made it down to 35 feet for a beautiful 40 minute dive. Thanks so much Logan for the five-star experience.

Logan, Eileen, and Rob of Dive Kauai Scuba were terrific, sorting old PADI certs and reaquaintence dive after 30+ years. WIll dive some more!

Before going I read a lot of reviews that said that you were only going to get 15 minutes of actual scuba diving in. This was not at all true. We were down for about 40 minutes and it was a really good length of time. I mention that because I thought I would need to do 2 dives but after 40 minutes I felt I had a very fulfilling experience. Our guide Logan was great and very helpful. My wife needed some help sinking but he worked with her and she did. There was three of us with the guide and the person in our party struggled a little bit but Logan stayed with him and brought him around to have a successful dive. We saw sea turtles, devils scorpion fish that Logan pointed out( I would not have noticed otherwise because it looked like a rock.) Saw lots of different fish down there and thought it was a great introduction to scuba diving. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to try it out.
