So much fun being out on the ocean in a kayak and then snorkeling at 14 mile. I saw several turtles and lots of colorful fish!

The day we were supposed to go got canceled till the following day because they had a fire at their “yard”. No problem, we had nothing planned. We went out and sat on the water, paddled to and fro, saw several whales 200 yards out or farther. The bluetooth microphone was fascinating, we could hear them. The turtle part was a bit slow, after about an hour of not seeing one and lousy snorkel gear, I gave up and got back on the kayak, then the 2nd guide found one, some of the other tour group swam over to see it, most had given up. We had one surface right next to us twice, that was fun. I saw many more at Naplili.

We really enjoyed our whale watching trip. The guides Red and Wes were very helpful. I wasn’t sure I wanted to go but I am really glad I did. Thanks guys.
