My husband & I were lucky. I was concerned we may not see any Manta Rays at all or that they would be very far away. Instead, we saw a dozen rays, some who swam within inches of our snorkel mask. We were not allowed to touch them but they gently touched us as they gracefully swam by searching for plankton, illuminated by lights in the clear ocean. We were glad we went out late (10:20) as when we arrived we were the only boat at Manta Village. Earlier in the evening we noticed about eight boats. The staff of three was great-a congenial guy to prepare us with snorkels, masks & wet suits for the adventure, another to pilot us in a motorized raft a few minutes away & an informative guide at the location. Bring cash for tips!

Thank you for tha kind words. I'm pleased to hear that you enjoyed the tour and were able to experience so many manta rays... WhooHoo! It's not always the case since every night is so different, but sometimes the later tours can have really great sightings especially when your the last tour out. Mahalo for taking the time to leave us a review and recognizing our staff memebers. We appreciate your support and hope to see you again. Aloha.
