During a stop ashore, your knowledgeable guide will lead a short nature walk highlighting the flora and fauna of the rainforest, including a carnivorous plant, the Sundew, which uses it’s tentacles to ensnare small insects. After paddling back, guests re-board the motorcoach and return to the cruise ship pier.

Ellie our host was absolutely wonderful. Young and full of energy and lots of facts made this trip fun. Only eight people in our group and we all participated in the paddling. Small nature trail pretty informative. And the snack served was very good especially the clam chowder and salmon dip.

This was an exercise in using up time. 80 minutes on a bus. 60 minutes paddling to nowhere. 10 minutes eating. 15 minutes walk through mainly dead trees - less than 150m. The guides spouted a memorised mantra that had little to do with the tour. Jokes and stories don't educate. There was nothing of educational value.

Elli was an amazing guide on our tour today!! They were enthusiastic and so knowledgeable about the land and area!! If I ever come back I will definitely want to book something with them!!! 10/10 would recommend
