We had parasailed with sunset the day before coming onto this snorkeling activity, and had the best experience. Our experience with sunset was so good, we decided to give sebago a try, under the impression our experience would be as equally amazing. we were wrong. Prior to even getting to the boat, the man we booked our trip with scheduled us for july 17th?? this date is almost a week & a half away from the day we wanted the trip on, and this was very frustrating considering we told him this would’ve been our last day in the keys. immediately upon boarding the boat my daughter went down a wrong set of stairs (this was an accident of course, how was she supposed to know) and the women with short hair, not sure if she’s a captain or what but she layed her hands on my daughter to force her back up the stairs. and then proceeded to laugh about it and turn to a family and say “we’re not very kid friendly, we’re better with adults.” THIS IS EXTREMELY RUDE!! not only to lay her hands on my kid but embarrass my child in front of atleast 50 people. on top of this we were told there was a light breakfast on board, there wasn’t. the woman with short hair did a brief presentation on snorkeling and my kids decided to sit at our table while i listened to the presentation. multiple crew yelled at my children to listen to this presentation and when they proceeded to come to the front of the boat, they couldn’t even hear her. they really had no reason to yell at my children when i was listening to this presentation and would relay all of this information to my kids. i definitely recommend snorkeling with sunset or ANY other company. I can see why a big business is buying sebago out. very rude and not worth the money. the snorkeling was actually very fun, the staff and crew just made this experience horrible.
