DONT do it the French toast cold & NASTY the ride was good the juice was watery. A complete waste of SSS

Purchased this for my parents and the Captain/Staff was a no show! I Ubered my parents from Ko'Olina to the pier where the boat was there and there was no person in sight. They called the number on the voucher multiple times and there wasn't an answer. Finally, on the fourth call my Dad left a voicemail and received a text back that the trip was cancelled...without notice. I am embarrassed by the lack of professionalism from this boat and will not book again. My parents were kind to me but they were extremely frustrated waiting in the sun for an hour. They definitely returned hangry haha. The Captain tried to remedy the situation by booking them the next day but unfortunately, we were leaving the island soon and had a full itinerary. He offered to issue a refund which never happened. I had to call Chase Travel three weeks later to refund the disastrous trip. Two (expensive!) Uber rides later, 90 minutes of waiting, a sunburn, and an empty stomach was not what we bargained for when purchasing this excursion. I feel bad for wasting half a day of my parents time in Hawaii.

This was our second tour on the Prince Kuhio. We had taken a dinner cruise a few nights before and had such a great time that we signed up for the breakfast cruise. The food was tremendous on both cruises, the sights beautiful (saw dolphins in the morning), and the crew wonderful. Mahalo and Aloha to the crew!
