So so experience. Much to improve on.
Positives:
1. MiniLand was spectacular. Impressive structures
2. I liked Splash Battle
3. Dragon roller coaster was excellent
4. The kids driver course was awesome
Room for improvement:
1. Need some more areas for rest and shade
2. Need more stations with real H2O. They have refreshement stations of sodas, with around $18 for cup with $8 refills. I did not purchase it, hence I was a bit dehydrated. When thirsty, not everyone wants pop. I couldn't get water fountains to work. I would bring something that holds cold water.
3. Most of the hand hygiene stations were empty, not good in a pandemic. The first 3 stations going toward MiniLand, shortly after opening (around 11 am), were empty of alcohol. Why empty shortly after opening? Should be full. I tried to tell the guy at Goshen that it was empty and he ignored me, too busy with the horse racing. I would bring your own hand hygiene.
4. Pizza buffet place was ok. They ran out of deserts. Half of the soda machine selections were out. All diet soda was out, not good. No monitoring of buffet area with respect to kids and hygiene, touching food areas. I'm hoping I don't get sick.
5. Maybe have some activities or narration for those kids waiting in line, rather than just waiting
6. Ice cream area (in Castle area) - chocolate not best tasting. The 2 ladies serving ice cream were not the nicest, chatting with each other, ignoring customers.
7. Some of bathrooms were not kept clean, some were dark / low light with some urine near urinals on floor
8. Some of young kids in charge of rides were not using nice language with other employees.
