Our very first visit to the park, and it did not disappoint; from the beginning of our day to the very end. The park was very clean, the staff were all very helpful and courteous. There are lots of activities that are not bunched up together or overwhelming. We will definitely be going back again

My family and I were extremely excited to visit Legoland for my sons birthday and spend the weekend. Check in was severely delayed which we were understanding about due to the opening and it being Easter weekend. We checked in via the computer and wasn’t properly notified that our room was ready via text or email. We had to speak with the front desk to be aware that our room was ready. The text came after the front desk associate told us the room was ready. Later in the day we discovered the televisions were not working. We assumed maybe the batteries were dead but there was a bigger issue in which we were not informed about. A team member came out but was unable to fix the television in the main area and offered no solution. The television in the kids area was fixed in which only certain channels worked but the logo movies were not streaming which the kids were looking forward to. Neither television connected to the internet which could’ve been an alternative. This was was very upsetting and such a disappointment for my family. We were told that there was an outage a few days before arrival and estimated time of arrival for the vendors was unknown. Again, we should’ve have been properly informed about this issue prior to arrival or during check in as we could been more prepared. Aside from that, the refrigerator in our room was not cool at all. I was not aware and the wa from temperature in the refrigerator for the entire weekend caused my breast milk to not be any good to consume. WE WERE NOT ACCOMMODATED IN ANYWAY DURING THE ENTIRE STAY. It is frustrating to not have our expectations met and such a let down for the kids as well as the adults! Also, we felt very discriminated against at the park as well as by certain employees which is a major issue!At the park, more than 1 ride was temporary unavailable or announced as “almost ready”. One too many rides were closed, operated at reduced capacity or didn’t function 100% as it should. This was an issue for both days we visited the park. Overall, we were not satisfied especially for the price of the stay and the inconveniences.

The park is overpriced and overrated. It was packed and not run efficiently. The lines are at least a two hour wait, so my son was only able to ride on two rides lasting three minutes each maybe. The 4D movie they showed was so inappropriate for kids. My 7 year old was scared and I could only imagine how the younger kids felt. We didn't get to see half the park because waiting for the rides took so long. On top of the admission price, they charge you an extra 30 dollars for parking. A waste of money in my opinion.
