I don’t leave many reviews, but this park was a memorable experience for my family. Perfect park for ages 5/6 through 10/11. I feel like kids start to age out beyond 10. The good: - Park was clean, large enough to fill a whole day (we did two and are going a third) - Day passes weren’t crazy expensive considering the available discounts - you’re not paying Disney prices but this is not Disney. - If your kids are even remotely LEGO fans, they will be die hard LEGO fans after visiting. The exhibits are cool - visit the Master Builders, they are very cool. - Nice variety of rides, our kids rode the Dragon coaster at least 6 times in a day. - Everything is interactive from displays to experiences with building your own LEGOS - Rain policies were amazing. We spent a full day in on/off rain… only to be rewarded with a free day back as we were leaving the park. - Ride policies and safety measures were plainly followed to a “T”. The park overall felt sanitary and safe. - They don’t rush you out of the park at close. Need to improve: - a handful of the interactive exhibits and ride displays (while waiting in line) were either off, glitchy or broken. This doesn’t bode well for park longevity - staff were hit or miss. Definitely not “in character” as happy-go-lucky like some of the more well known amusement parks. In general, the less pleasant experiences were with food service staff. - Dining was EXPENSIVE. Didn’t spend less than $100/meal for a family of 5 (two youngest were six years old). I’m okay overpaying for food at an amusement park, but don’t go cheap on me. There were stupid policies like not allowing us more than one cup per purchased bottled beverage (for our kids to share). - Park hours need to be extended. If I’m paying $200-300 for admission alone, please give us more than 10a-6p… at least on a weekend.

Had an overall great experience. The park is still lacking staffing for food. Lots of stalls were closed or out of food. The park was very clean and so was the hotel. Some rides were broken at times. Most staff was very friendly and our kids had a great time. The only other negative was the Mr. Gold search. My son was getting frustrated because he asked all day and people kept giving him mismatched answers. Could have been a fun scavenger hunt, but needed to be better organized.

An awesome place to go. The only thing that we didn’t like was the search for Mr Gold. With young children who focused on this and asked everyone that works there got different answers each time. I think this is not a good idea to do. Children get very upset when they are told he might be over here and you go there and they tell you he can be somewhere else. Maybe just do a treasure hunt for the kids instead. Everyone was nice and helpful. Some went out of their way to interact with the kids.
