Overall, we had a good experience, but Lego Land not prepared for Rosh Hashanah. Overheard staff members share that 5,000 to 6,000 people were expected to be at Lego Land, but they were understaffed, especially for the food stations. We had to wait over an hour for a slice of pizza at Brickbeard’s Food Market - one teenager was running the pizza station and took his sweet time to place each slice of pepperoni on the pizza - he saw the long line and mouthed the words “oh my god.” Any holidays where schools are closed, it’s going to be important to ensure that the park has enough staff.
It’s useful to have the Lego Land app downloaded on your phone to have an estimate of the wait times. Sometimes the wait times weren’t super accurate - not sure if the app was just a means of crowd control. The WiFi at both Lego Land and the hotel isn’t great, it’s through a company called Purple that collects your personal data.
