At first, there was a problem with Viator and the operator that apparently let us schedule a tour while the tour was already overbooked. The operator contacted us only 0.5 an hour before, after we drive 2 hours to get to the tour's starting point, cloaking they can't dial to numbers outside the US, and nalimed Viator for the mistake.
Eventually because there was someone didn't show up - we were managed to go on the tour.
The tour guide Jeff was really kind, but it didn't feel like a tour that worths the money at all. There was almost no difference between having the tour by a rented car (that we had) to doing it with the tour. There were almost no explanations at all about LA, and most if the references seemed to be for people living in the US and not for foreigners.
Since most of the tour is just driving hours from one place to another, we didn't manage to be enough time in most places (maybe do longer tours). In addition, for the rides we had expect to hear much more about the history of LA, tips, stories, and everything you except to hear on a tour to know LA. And we had none of them.
On addition, the viewing point for the Holliwood sign is REALLY FAR ! We barely saw it with our eyes.
