We flew back into La and were looking into doing tours with this company . From previous experience with this company we decided to do their Grand city Tour this time. The 2 hr celebrity home tour was awesome so we thought we should try the other tour this time. Totally delivered well. Their bus was clean and new. The driver was telling jokes along the way. The tour route was pretty cool because we actually got to see celebrity home on the way to the pier(first stop). I’ve recommended this company before and my statement and opinion does not change, they are simply hassle free and Fun. Overall great experience.

Decided to take my family who was visiting from out of town on a tour. I called several places and when I called this place, I spoke with the sales department a week prior to booking the tour for all 5 people in my party. I explained that it was extremely important that we have a enclosed air conditioned bus since I am pregnant, and I am bringing two senior citizens on the tour who are extremely sensitive to heat. The sales associate on the phone informed me that take very good care of people who are sensitive to heat conditions and guaranteed me that the 7 day tour only uses enclosed busses with AC. I then went on the tour and it was 95 degrees with an open air vehicle for 7 hours. I was extremely miserable and when I addressed my concerns with the driver he had apologized and explained that he was not in the sales department. In addition be careful as NOT ALL DESTINATIONS ARE GUARENTEED so when making a reservation I would recommend asking if ALL are available on the day you are planning to go. After the tour was over, I waited a day and called the sales department and spoke to the same woman and she apologized repeatedly explaining that the car they normally used was being worked on and they NEVER use the type of tour bus I was on for 7 hour tours. Unfortunately I found it hard to believe as I mentioned my concerns to the gentlemen at the site for the tour, and the driver and NO ONE stated that the bus they normally use was being worked on. I DO NOT BLAME the driver as he was a good tour guide but I do blame the sales department as I was mislead as a customer and basically payed over 400 dollars ( this includes tip to driver) to be miserable all day, and watch my in laws suffer thru the heat conditions as well as myself and two young childrent.

Hello Rania, we are very sorry for your bad experience. Our a/c bus was in shop for repairs that day. The other group on the bus said they wouldn’t mind to be on open bus that day. this is one of the best tours of the city. (I've done a few of them now) Jason was our tour guide and he was a most excellent host that with a hour at each of the stops give us time to walk eat and use the bathroom. Jason showed us many fun and nice places as well as being an entertaining and knowledgeable guide. We appreciated the time he took to help us enjoy our visit. so thank your very much
