This company wants your money & every one else’s too. They do not care about times or providing a good experience. They did everything to maximize profit, everything we visited was free entry, super crowded & did nothing for respecting its customers.

Horrible service! Our tour started at 10:00. I have a pic of 11:15 where we are finally leaving the main location. We are a party of 10! Tour guide tried to be positive as she continued to promise us we’d be ready in just 2 more minutes… 2 more minutes… 2 more minutes.

What an exciting and thorough trip that allowed us to get the full experience of the Los Angeles area. Sammy was our tour guide and he was excellent. It was a mix of humor and personal knowledge of the entire area. A bonus is that he spoke to everyone on the trip in different languages. To cap it off we forgot an item on the bus and he made sure that it got mailed home to us. Sammy is the man!
