This Active Van Tour is a great way to see Yellowstone National Park beginning in the fun gateway town of West Yellowstone. The early morning part of the tour explores wildlife haunts in the famous Shadow Canyon of the Madison River. This area is home to bear and elk.

Later we hike to an overlook of the famous Grand Prismatic Hot Springs. If you don't feel like walking we find a safe, scenic spot for you to wait for the group near the van.

Next we explore the Old Faithful area, including some time at the famous Old Faithful Inn.

We continue over the continental divide at Isa Lake and down to the West Thumb Geyser Basin on Yellowstone Lake for a view of some spectacular lakeside thermal pools.

Continuing our drive along Yellowstone Lake we arrive in the Hayden Valley where big herds of bison roam.

Finally, we arrive at the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone to view the canyon and the amazing falls (one is almost 200 feet tall!). The day concludes back at West Yellowstone.

Seth Latka was a great tour guide and there was a never dull moment. I had such a memorable experience and I learned so much. Seth made the day really enjoyable and was clearly an expert on the park. Thank you Seth for a day pact with adventure and action while also being safe. I will never forget today. I would recommend this tour to anyone especially with Seth as the guide.

This was an awesome tour. I can’t say enough good things about our guide Sara. The pickup was on time and she made sure we saw Old faithful erupt. We were given snacks, binoculars and a sandwich for lunch. The only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is because of the poor communication with the tour company. When I received my confirmation email from them my hotel pickup info was blank so I wanted to reach out to them to be sure they had it. I tried for a week. No one ever answers their phone and the voice mailbox is always full. You can’t leave them a message. I tried several emails too. I never got a reply. I just waited in the lobby hoping they would show up. When I got in the van I found out half the other people on my tour had the same issue. They tried to call for more info on their pickup location but couldn’t get through. One person even missed the tour. Everything worked out fine for me. They picked me up exactly when and where I should have been picked up. They just need to make sure customers can get in contact with them after they book a tour. It was very stressful until I saw the van pull up which is a shame because the tour itself was amazing and definitely deserves 5 stars.
