Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, or sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

We have a big facility with picnic tables and a food truck, plenty of parking. We are located by the Pigeon river and there is a campground right next to us.

Smoky Mountain Outdoors Rafting

The River Outpost is where all customers check in to go down the river. Everyone needs to show up 45 minutes before there schedule time in order to check in.

This was a much needed family activity for a family of four (one young child and one teenager)! We had the best time and enjoyed every minute. It was so easy to book online and it was easy to check in. Valerie was our guide and she was awesome! They have lockers to lock up your car keys and wallets. We took a small back pack with water in it, but know it will get wet! I don’t think I would recommend that for the Upper River experience. This was an ideal trip for our first time, but we will be back and we will book the Upper River experience! Oh and the store was awesome where you can pick up some souvenirs.

Great river rafting experience. The trip was well organized. Our guide was friendly and explained things very well. It was extremely scenic with river and Mountain View.

LOGAN AND CHRISTINE ARE THE DOPEST PEOPLE WE HAVE MET!!! They killed it and you can tell they love their job! Made our experience at the pigeon river! Thank you guys! So nice meeting y’all and I’d probably come back just for them to be honest! All from the “we are from Florida guys”
