Jacob was energetic and fun. He made sure to connect with each small party within the group and brought his genuine self to put us at ease. He was knowledgeable and obviously interested in the stories he shared.

Tour guide (Jacob), explained many things to us about the falls. It was very interesting. He also told us where to go in the bus for the best experience. The boat ride was awesome.

I had an emergency and had to fly back early to Texas. Tickets are non refundable 24 hours before the tour. That’s unacceptable to me. $108 gone and never used which makes me feel taken advantage of. Refunds should always be allowed.
