Communication: It was a good thing I called to confirm ahead of time (the day prior) as the time they had to pick me up was incorrect. I appreciated that they could come to my hotel to pick me up as it was not on the drop-down list. In the morning of my trip, they called to make sure I would be there which I was. BTW the driver has to rely on the listing on his/her phone so be sure to pay attention to cars that drive up. I was expecting a bus. The description of the car arrived on my phone afterwards. The drive to JFK from Manhattan was EXPERT! JFK is a hot mess during the renovation and the driver handled it so well. I was at ease the whole trip. This was a much better option for me than carrying my luggage through the subway and AirTrain.

I never heard of this company before, but their Van #1400 drove like a Drunk all over the Van Wyck this morning, cutting off cars left & right. I suppose making it to JFK on time is more important than not causing an accident or injuring anyone. Stay Away from this Company at all costs

Nice van, friendly driver who handles the NY traffic beautifully. Even put on some Mexican music for the passenger returning to Mexico
