I would have given zero stars but there is no option. Do you not use this firm. I rang them to confirm pickup and they said it was too early to pick us up, even though I've done the same journey 5 or 6 times with them, from the hotel to airport. Don't get caught out people!. Get an Uber ,taxi or take the train from new York to JFK. Viator was great at getting my refund back. Thanks to them!

Landed and immediately clicked on link to confirm arrival and pickup. Waited for pickup at JFK going to Grand Central terminal for 45 mins. Screen kept refreshing with searching for driver. I couldn’t wait any longer so I took a yellow cab into the city. Abhorrent company. Zero communication with customers to explain delays. After an 8 hour flight I have no desire to wait over an hour for pickup. Over halfway into the city I get confirmation that my driver is on the way. Thanks but no thanks.
