Excellent service, affordable, on time at pickup location. Driver cominicating pickup status very often. Dropped on time at JFK.

the driver arrived about 40 minutes later, and other passenger informed the wrong adress, causing another delay. Also, driver was unprofessional, texting me during the transfer (I was sitting behind him!). kind of hitting on me. Made me feel unconfortable.

We experienced a long delay due to traffic jams! That was not pleasant however we still made our flight on time. Also, I didn’t like having to contact Airlink to see where the driver was while we were waiting 45 minutes for his arrival.
