I was just in time for the luggage deposit for My flight. Traffic was horrible . I heard from other people they took more time to do journey to JFK. The person on the phone said that 45 min was enough for the shuffle to JFK. Thanks to our driver everything went well!!

I booked the share shuttle from Manhatten to JFK and was advised 40mins prior to pick up that I had been upgraded to a private vehicle, sharing with one other person. Our driver was very friendly and helpful and the service was excellent. My Daughter also booked a shuttle the day before but was kept waiting for an hour and in the end a private vehicle was sent. However this was after we had to follow up twice. This was an anxious wait as she had a flight to catch as well. I would suggest all bookings be reconfirmed the day prior.

The driver was very pleasant. He came about 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. His driving was safe. He asked whether the temperature in the vehicle was comfortable for everyone. He willing helped with the bags.
