The drivers were very friendly and polite, conversation was down to earth. I stayed in Midtown and was very close to everything. Nice lunch at Dallas BBQ.

Driver was able to get us to the airport on time! Driver was running a bit late ( 30 minutes) but showed up in plenty of time to take us to the airport. Very professional driver

Poor customer service- leave me frustrated for non refunded fee for an an unused service and need to book another cab at the last minutes! Would go with another shuttle if you want stress-free experience. I booked and paid a transfer from hotel near empire state to jfk at 8pm via their website however did not receive any confirmation or email on the booking (#624623). Called them closer to the pickup time and was told that the booking was made at 3pm and it was put as ‘no show’ (I thought it’s 8pm!). I never received any alert or notification since the booking was made, checked the hotel and advised that no one approached for pick up since 3pm. I was frustrated as this information came really late. Experienced very poor customer service as they only mentioned they can’t help with rescheduling and no refund would be made! It had cost me paying for unused goairlink service plus a last minute cab ride to catch my flight!

Our records indicate that the booking was made for 3:05pm, and our driver attempted to contact you upon arrival at the designated location but received no response. We understand your frustration and are happy to provide GPS records and additional information to verify the driver's attempts to reach you. However, as the booking was made for the incorrect time by the booker, we are unable to issue a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope to serve you better in the future.
