WE HAVE TWO BOATS ON OPPOSITE SIDES OF THE HARBOR. MAKE SURE YOU ARE PARKING AND CHECKING IN AT THE RIGHT LOCATION AS IT IS A LONG WALK TO THE OTHER SIDE.

It was one of great experience for my family and we really enjoyed snokeling and Maui’s beautiful nature with super kind crews on Pride of Maui. The captain gave passengers lots of stories about Hawaiian sea animals(especially whales) and neighbor islands and all the crewson Pride of Maui are warm-hearted and kind to my family and other passengers. We wish we could have on board Pride of Maui near future again:)

Very nice helpful, knowledgeable staff and captain! Saw lots of whales and enjoyed the water! Everyone spent time with us to make the trip enjoyable and easy.

Outstanding crew and experience. This was our 3rd time on this boat, and they’ve got the magic balance between having a great time and making you feel safe. This trip was three of us 2 adults and a kid. The crew was great, the boat was not packed, plenty of food and drinks for everyone. We got to see whales and snorkel and made it to Molokini late in the day, the captain took time to wish our daughter a happy birthday over the speaker and it made her day. Definitely worth the extra money compared to other ships, keep in mind you get what you pay!!

Thank You for joining us three times now. We love our returning guests. Safety is our number one priority, followed very closely by providing an unsurpassed level of service and memories not soon forgotten. By limiting the number of passengers to just 60% of our Coast Guard capacity, you are correct, it does make for a very comfortable and unhurried experience, with plenty of food and drink, on top of exceptional service. We agree that it is well worth the additional cost, compared to the other boats which operate at their full capacity. Coming to Maui is such a special opportunity to experience the beauty of the island and our ocean. Our mission is to exceed all of your expectations! Glad your daughter's day was made by the happy birthday wish from the skipper. Its all the little stuff that really matters in a guest service experience and i am glad my team showed you the mgic!
