To my surprise, my Type A plus husband wanted to learn to do meditation during our one week visit to Sedona. if Michele hadn't existed already, I couldn't have created a better teacher! Michele led us ta a quiet, more secluded place at the Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park. She talked about the energy in the Sedona area and shared a little about herself. Then she got to know us a little bit too. She taught us five techniques of meditating and led us in a guided meditation. When we finished, we felt relaxed and energized at the same time. We had the skills we needed to continue our own meditation practice. In fact, the next day we climbed Bell Rock, found a ledge to rest on, and meditated there for thirty minutes!
