Your airboat tour begins with an excursion down the canal, providing ample opportunities for photographing wildlife in their natural habitat. Following your airboat ride, don't miss the wildlife show handling alligators with traditional Seminole techniques. It's your chance to see alligators up close and learn about their successful recovery from the endangered species list. Receive a free group photo before the airboat tour.

The journey to the Everglades Holiday Park takes between 45-60 minutes. Total tour duration is approximately 4 hours.

The address for the Bayside pickup is incorrect. Do not go to the 333 Biscayne address, go to the entrance of bayside park! (By Ben’s pizza) the trip was great and they were so helpful at big bus!! I didn’t miss the next tour! Thankfully there was an extra seat!!!

hello Jade, 333 Biscayne Blvd is right in-front of one of our kiosks, and next to bens Pizza, unfortunately that is the address for our kiosk along with several other kiosk

Viator sold me an nonexisting tour. Tour rep was there and told me there is no 10 am tpur from the lication Viator sold me. They refused immediate refund, stating they have to contact operator, BigBus and I ahave to wait foe 72 hohrs. I told them then to rebook me for next day at any time. They texted me back, there was no slot available. However, Bigbus rep booked me for next day tour, so Viator lied. I paid $51 with Viator just for Everglades that doesnt exist at that time from that location and still have not received money back while for $87 directly booked with Big Bus rep for Everglades, bike rental, 2 day hopon hop off bus and Queen Island Millioner tour
