Our half-day adventures are a great way to sample some of the most accessible and beautiful canyoneering Moab has to offer. Our experienced guides will contact you the day before your booking to arrange pick-up and discuss several options to tailor the experience to your group. Our half-day canyoneering trips are perfect for anyone new to canyon exploration. Our guides will instruct in the skills of canyoneering from basic techniques to the technical skills of rappelling. No prior experience is needed, just a general level of fitness and a sense of adventure! Moab is the heart of spectacular canyon country, so come see what makes this area so special and beautiful from the inside - out. For no additional costs, we specialize in private small groups and family-oriented tours to give our clients the attention to have amazing experiences, and come away feeling confident and accomplished in a half-day spent like no other.

We made a last minute reservation on Wednesday, May 4th to take the Canyoneering half day tour and Mike, our tour guide was able to accommodate and meet us at 1pm that same day. Mike encouraged and guided me up every step of the way. Even though I was terrified, I always felt safe as he triple checked all the equipment on each climb and descent. I don’t think I would have been able to accomplish what I did that day with another tour company where I would not have been given such personalized attention. I even had a smile on my face as I made my final descent down the arch into the canyon. I recommend this tour and thank Mike for a personalized, professional and once in a lifetime experience we will never forget.

Went looking around Moab for something exciting to do with some friends while we were in town. We found Moab Canyon Tours and weren't disappointed. Great guide, excellent pricing and a hell of an awesome time!

I was headed to Salt Lake City for work and decided to make the extra trip to visit a new part of the county. This was my first trip to Moab and man was it worth it! The red rocks are breathtaking and the people are so friendly!! I used Moab Canyon Tours exclusively during my weekend and it was amazing! Mike had me doing things I never thought possible (like wearing a harness and climbing rocks!) I enjoyed it so much on Day 1, I went back for more during my second day in town. Not only did he make me feel extremely safe, he also had an array of gear, recommendations for time in town, and a smile on his face the entire time. I highly recommend this company and Mike! It was a once in a lifetime experience that I will definitely be back to do again with Moab Canyon Tours!
