Castle Valley is the poster child for western landscapes, and you’ve probably already seen it somewhere in a movie, TV show, or commercial. And if somehow you have, in fact, never laid eyes on Castle Valley before, you’re not going forget it once you do!

This serene section of the Colorado River moseys through a big beautiful red-rock canyon. As for the waters here along the Colorado River, it stays pretty warm from late spring to early fall.

You’ll spend most of your time floating, with a few Class II rapids to cool you off along the way. Expect plenty of fascinating interpretations and fun stories from your river guide on this mild trip!

We had a fantastic afternoon on the Colorado! A few rapids and float down the river. Joe Bananas was AWESOME! Great guide, very personable, and fun conversation. Will definitely call on MildtoWild during our next trip to Moab!

Great kayak/rafting trip. Are guide Maya was awesome. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. Highly recommend if you are in the Moab area.
