The crew was terrific. We saw several turtles, alot of colorful fish. Dolphins, and a stingray. The catamaran is very nice n easy to get in and out of the water. I would do this tour again.

Absolutely amazing. The whole team was so knowledgeable and help ease the nerves of someone the group who were feeling nervous being first timers. Before we even got in the water, we saw two turtles break the surface right next to the catamaran! Then, once we were in the water, we saw an additional four turtles. Three of which also came up to the top! Beau was in the water with us sharing information and answering all questions. 100/10!! Wish our trip wasn’t ending so we could do their tour again!! Absolutely returning to them.

The owner of the boat had a major attitude problem and was rude to guests. He could have taken the time to be friendly but all he did was sit on the front of the boat checking his watch and watching his phone. The snorkel gear was cheap and the masks leaked. Instead of life jackets or snorkeling vests, they had cheap bulky belts that were uncomfortable. They could have given way more time in the water but they waste so much time spraying each and every mask and fitting every single mask and fins for each person one at a time. They tell you a 2 hour tour but after you wait for each person to get their gear fitted by the staff, you end up with 35 min in the water. I would definitely recommend going with the many other boats that go to the same place. The reef and turtle viewing was very nice.

Hello, It seems your experience did not meet your expectations, and for that we apologize. We always strive for our passengers to have a top quality, enjoyable cruise that they look forward to doing again. However, out of fairness to our family-run small business, I must correct a couple of statements that you made. With regards to the owner being rude to guests, the owner was not on the boat that day. I spoke with the general manager who interacted with you, as well as the crew, who noted that you were not following safety protocols, and in turn were putting the other passengers safety at risk during the equipment fittings. As for the equipment issues, we again go back to listening to the instructions of the captain and crew, and allowing them to fit you with your mask and snorkel. For future reference, the snorkel belts are actually better for snorkeling than traditional life jackets. The time in the water that you stated is also inaccurate. Passengers do not only get 35 minutes in the water, they get a little over an hour in the water, with the rest of the time allocated to cruising to and from the harbor, at which point passengers usually enjoy sightseeing, and explore the options we have at our full premium bar. While we want everyone to have exactly the experience they were hoping to have and more, we must take safety very seriously, and our system is designed to ensure that each and every passenger enjoys their snorkel knowing they are very well looked after and protected.
