This is a small group 3-hour bike tour of 3 architecturally & historically significant neighborhoods in south Palm Springs. Quiet streets, no hills, constant sunshine, & very little traffic make for a great ride for novices or expert cyclists alike. (This is not an athletic tour, fear not!)

We'll explore Deepwell Estates, Twin Palms, & Indian Canyons, making frequent stops for photos & to learn details about specific homes & architects.

NOTE: BIKES ARE NOT INCLUDED! Discounted bike rentals at Big Wheel Tours. They have colorful retro cruiser bikes & e-bikes.

[ I've designed this tour for serious architecture & history fans, with academic-level information & detail. So, it may not be the most enjoyable tour for some children. ]

Great tour! Brennan was knowledgeable and super responsive/helpful in the days leading up to the tour, ensuring that the bikes were ready and the meeting location was convenient. Super passionate about design, Brennan was patient with our questions, shared great photos on a tablet, and catered the tour to our speed and interests. A perfect way to see the sites!

Brennan and the tour were great! Brennan was highly knowledgeable and passionate, and the tour was catered to our speed and interests. The biking was on very calm streets and masks were on the whole time, so it was safe and enjoyable. The tablet with photos was a great extra touch to explain history of some homes, and Brennan was so patient with all our questions! Wonderful tour, highly recommended!

The bike tour was mostly on a flat surface in the downtown area so It was the perfect leisurely ride during our time on vacation. Brennan was a terrific guide and very knowledgeable of all of the real estate in downtown Palm Springs. He knew the history of the development and architecture in the area as well as a lot of specifics on individual homes. It was very interesting and a great way to spend our morning. Highly recommend!
