Adam our tour guide was great. 5/5 for working with him. He was knowledgeable about the area and open to feedback. He had a great attitude even when all of us were half asleep during the 9am tour. The waterfalls were beautiful and the entire trip I felt safe with his driving even on really high areas (which I’m usually afraid of). We originally were going to take an Uber to multnomah but decided to do this tour instead which I am very happy we did. The amount of time we spent at each spot was appropriate and we were able to enjoy everything. The tour was also a comfortable size, about 7 people which was really great. We saw things that we wouldn’t of seen or known about without this tour and we learned a lot about Oregon’s history which I appreciated. Adam was amazing and if you have a chance I would request him. He’s super friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about his job. The only reason I’m giving this experience a 4/5 is because I booked the morning tour then received an email saying that they would like to cut down the amount of people for the AM tour and if I’d be open to the PM. I replied and said I wouldn’t be able to do the PM tour. The response was, “Okay…… see you in the morning.” With the dramatic 10 dots. First of all, why would you list a tour that is technically full. If you’re at capacity put it as ‘sold out.’ Second, I don’t owe an explanation as to why the other tour doesn’t work so the extra “okay…….” is unnecessary and rude. Anyway rant over. I would do this tour again and would go with Adam. Definitely a great way to explore some of the beautiful waterfalls and a nice break from the city. I also liked going in the morning because it wasn’t very crowded and we got a good view of everything. There were some places we needed to hike a little to get to. Nothing too strenuous but just to be aware, wear comfortable and reliable shoes because some places can be slippery due to the water. No snacks provided so if you get hungry bring something small or eat before you leave.

This tour exceeded all my expectations - as did all the waterfalls and beautiful green scenery we got to see. Our tour guide was hilarious and so friendly, extremely knowledgeable! I’m so glad I took the risk of doing this solo because it was 100% worth every minute of it. My only con is that I wish I could’ve stayed with the beautiful views forever! Would 100% recommend!!

Viator told me I was taking a 4 hour cruise on the river to see the waterfalls and there would be drinks and snacks. Well that didn't happen I was in a bus and we had to hike .I just had surgery on my left foot and I'm not supposed to do a lot of walking let alone hiking. I had to ice my foot when I was done with the tour.. something I hadn't had to do since my surgery itself.. I'm so upset with you people and I thought mary grace was taking care of me. Well that goes to show some business will do anything for a sale. I will never go through you people again. But that probably doesn't even matter to you.
