1st time flyer! Great experience the views were wonderful. Pilot Don & driver Marcus was great, friendly, just good company along with other riders. Highly recommended.

The take-off and the landing were definitely the two most memorable parts. Take-off because it's a little exciting but also scary at the same time.....and the landing, you'll just have to experience it yourself! The crew definitely make this experience amazing, from Zack, who was our driver, to our hot air balloon pilot (I think his name is Tommy?) they really do their best to make it great. The one thing that was disappointing and the only reason I didn't give it five stars was that our balloon had some problems inflating. This delayed us quite a bit and we ended up missing sunrise :( which was very unfortunate. Having gotten up at 5am to catch the sunrise it wasn't great to have to see sunrise on the ground. Not sure if there are ways to problem solve this..like is it possible to always have a backup balloon in place and ready to go? The other part that may be related to our hot air balloon delay....was that we ended up going over mostly the city instead of the mountains/desert. Wasn't sure if because we went up into the air late we had to take a different course but it wasn't as fun seeing the city. Had looked forward to the desert and maybe catching some local wildlife and fauna.

This experience was so fun and unforgettable. The captain Alisa and crew captain Marcus were so friendly and outgoing. We took this hot air balloon ride for my friends 29th birthday celebration and they made tbh e event unforgettable. They ensure we got great pictures, explained balloon safety, laughed with us, and provided a lovely champagne breakfast with a surprise birthday cake for my friend. This experience was unforgettable. I would 10/10 recommend
