The whole experience was very rushed. We were in the balloon for 15-20 minutes. Pretty much went straight up drifted for 5 minutes came straight down. So yes we did get a balloon ride but, I am not sure it was worthy the money. Also, we departed across from a housing construction site and flew across housing developments, not as scenic as I was hoping for. The balloon operator was very experienced and did stick the landing. The breakfast was inedible and they keep asking how we liked it. When everyone leaves the egg burrito uneaten on their plate that should be all the answer you need.

This company did an amazing job with our hot air balloon experience. Everything from start to finish was totally above and beyond. Our balloon captain, Johnathan Wright was amazing. We have done other balloon trips in the US and this one is at the top of the list.

Im very satisfied with the level of communication, emails, texts and details of the service. I chose Flight+ Hotel Transfers service. The only thing I have to comment on is that everyone must be very early and on time so that they do not miss seeing how they inflate the balloon and take good pictures, the flight and the team were exceptional.
