It was beautiful, but I guess my expectations were too high. I thought it was a sunrise trip. The sun was rising before we even got to the hot air balloon ride and then when we got there we were the very last balloon to go out. I was hopeful that we were going to go over the mountains, but we only went about 4 blocks from where we took off and it was mostly desert view. Not much, for a lot of $$.

I booked the hot air balloon ride for my 37th birthday and it was nothing short of amazing!!! From the hotel pickup, to the flight crew and pilot to the champagne breakfast. The whole experience was beautiful and serene and will forever remain a core memory for me.

This was a fantastic experience. The ride was smooth and calm and so was the landing.. everything was well organized. After the ride breakfast was served with quiche, fruit, cheese, croissants and mimosas, and cider for kids. This is great for kids and adults.
