I was so excited to take my daughter and granddaughter on this balloon ride. It was 100% a waste of money. I would not have paid $25 for the experience. The balloon barely got off the ground and it reached their expectation of height and came right back down again. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was looking for a decent refund. I felt like I got a slap in the face when she said will give you $20 per person credit. If you’re Considering taking this ride, I would check elsewhere because like I said, this was a total total waste of money. Very very disappointing!

We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, as we strive for a memorable and enjoyable experience on each and every balloon tour. The unique aspect of hot air ballooning is that hot air balloons do not have a steering wheel, and float purely with the wind speed and direction, so our flight path varies daily based on the day's prevailing weather conditions. For that reason, we can never promise exactly what you will see or fly over, or exactly what altitudes you will go to and for how long. Our flight path data from the hot air balloon that your party was in shows that the balloon flew up to 4,000 feet and flew over the Sonoran Desert Preserve. This data has been corroborated with the pilot of your flight, and the pilot indicated it was a standard and scenic flight. As the balloon ride and our company provided everything as advertised and promised, unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds for this instance. Thank you for your understanding.

The morning air was so peaceful. The winds didn’t allow us to ride over the mountains/desert, so unfortunately, we remained mostly over residential streets and at a lower altitude that I would have liked. I would have liked our pilot to have point out more of the area, but he was professional & kept us safe. The breakfast & mimosa were set up for us after we landed. All was good, except my croissant was very hard & I could not eat it. All in all, I would use this company & take another flight in the future.
