Great time! We had Tommy as out pilot and the flight was perfect! Beautiful views and a nearly perfect landing! The breakfast afterwards was delicious, too. The whole experience was great.

Every member of your team provided best in class customer service :) Our driver, Jim, gave us background on the company and fun facts about Phoenix as we drove to and from the launch and landing sights. From launching helium balloons to determine the best course for the day's ride, to navigating the hot air balloon in the sky, to the seamless set-up and break-down of the balloon, Crew Chief, Marcus, Sean on the Chase Crew, and Pilot Sean were totally awesome. If you've ever considered a hot air balloon flight, we highly recommend it - it'll be a morning you remember forever...

The crew was so friendly and nice. Love the sense of humor and laid back attitude. I would definitely do it again. There was a total of 8 people in the basket. They were pretty cool. The breakfast with Champaign was a nice added touch.
