We had been to Nashville several times but always like to take tours just to learn more. There was a little mixup in my understanding of the booking process. When I booked it said 9am and so I just assumed that’s when all tours start. Turns out you can request other times. A 9am start was a bit early for all of us and so Ned time I’d do like 10:30 or something.
Hunter drove us all over town. He was easy to talk to and knowledgeable. We hit a bunch of the highlights and beautiful murals around town. We weren’t doing the tour for “the gram” so we didn’t make him hop out and take pics of us.
Our tour moved quickly as a result so when we got to Marathon Motors we had plenty of time to putz around, grab a coffee, and when it opened at 11 we tried some moonshine and whiskey.
From there we dropped back toward the starting point and Hunter was kind enough to swing by Tailgate brewing so we could grab a few road sodas and then ended our tour by dropping us off at Third Man Records per our request.
Good time, nice way to see Nashville, I’d just say they could make the booking process a little more clear. Other than that I’d say do it.
