Featuring a rotating series of exhibits, there is something for everyone, including the McMichael Education Gallery, which is perfect for kids and inspires the next generation of Corvette designers and engineers. After touring the galleries, watch new Corvette owners take delivery, shop the Corvette Store, race in a Corvette simulator, or enjoy lunch at the Stingray Grill.

Located a mile from General Motors Bowling Green Assembly Plant, which has manufactured every Corvette since 1981, the National Corvette Museum Campus features 115,000 square feet of Exhibit and event space, 50,000 Corvette artifacts, and the NCM Motorsports Park, where you can get on track in a new Corvette.

Took a day time tour around 1000 am. Every year corvette from the first year to the last on display. Highly informative background information on the creator of the corvette and it's development. The "sink hole" exhibit puts you in shock as you grasp how it happen and the damage it did to the historical vehicles that fell into the pit. Heart breaking to see the ones that could not be saved. A small pit was preserved, reinforced with steel walls and covered with a steel plate and glass, so you can look down 30 feet to see where the vehicles landed. You could spend hours in the place and never take it all in. The big surprise was the gift shop. Picked up 4 shirts and a hat for $112.00 dollars. Great pricing. Highly recommend a visit, especially if you are a corvette collector.

I visited with my husband, a mild car enthusiast. I was willing to go and excited about seeing the sinkhole info. There was a corvette you could sit in near the ticket desk! The displays are really good. Many are put in time era settings to get a feel for the time when the car came out. There were concept cars on display, which were neat. Lots to read and some videos that gave the average "jane" (me) information about the corvette. I liked the videos because they generally spoke in layman's terms. The sinkhole information to me was mesmerizing. They had a good display of how it happened, where the cars were located in the sinkhole, what fell, how it was repaired and the condition of the cars after. They even had one of the rocks from the sinkhole in the gardens outside. There also was a neat NASA room with all sorts of information. There were several cars that belonged to early NASA astronauts.

I am a CORVETTE HISTORIAN, especially with 1953-67 models. It was nice to see the new improvements with staff and the ''history'' of the car and people. As our early car owners get old, the original history of the car is being lost. The Museum today is working hard to correct that shortfall. For a while, it was only a delivery center for new cars. ''KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK'' Museum staff.
