What To Expect

National Corvette Museum

The National Corvette Museum is a showcase to America's sports car. Start your tour with a short film about the history of the Corvette and the Corvette Museum. As you walk though the museum you'll see exhibits featuring over 70 Corvettes in periodic settings including a mid-century barbershop, service station and dealership. You'll see Corvette prototypes, one-of-kind cars, and racing champs. Enjoy hands-on activities in KidZone , trivia kiosks, and the "Corvette Cave In” exhibit. This exhibit takes visitors back to the early morning hours of February 12, 2014 when the earth opened up inside the Museum’s Skydome, swallowing the classic Corvettes. The Museum's Skydome offers a glimpse of the size and depth of the sinkhole as well as the retrieved Corvettes. Guests are also invited to try a Corvette on for size in the lobby. The Corvette Store offers apparel, collectibles, home and gift items. An on-site 50's-inspired Corvette Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and snacks.

I'm so glad we decided on a whim to stop at the Corvette Museum as we were passing through the area. What a beautiful museum! Everything is laid out so thoughtfully, and the cars are stunning. It is meticulously clean. I loved the addition of the sinkhole into the museum grounds and learning about that incident. Price of admission was also super reasonable!

Picked up our new 2022 corvette, and wow....what an unforgettable experience! From our guided tour through the museum, to driving the car off the floor, it was truly AMAZING!

if you are a fan of Corvettes this must be The Holy Grail. beautifully laid out exhibition areas. To look into the sinkhole where eight very expensive cars disappeared was amazing. Although factory only a short distance away, no free samples.
