The boat boards at 11:00am and 2:00pm and departs promptly at 11:30am and 2:30pm. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to boarding.

In order to help preserve the French Quarter from vehicular traffic, it is requested that you please walk, if possible, to the convenient tour departure point - just a short stroll from most downtown hotels.
The Steamboat NATCHEZ is handclapped accessible to the main deck and restrooms only.
Infant rates apply provided they do not occupy a seat.
The tour cruises rain or shine, however the cruise may be cancelled due to severe or dangerous weather conditions.
Anyone looking to book a group of 9 or more should contact the booking site directly. Different rates apply.
Should the Steamboat NATCHEZ need to take time off, her sister vessel will be taking her place. You'll get the same authentic experience of a grand paddlewheeler on a leisurely, two-hour cruise on the mighty Mississippi.

Overall this was a very pleasant experience that I would definitely suggest to a family that's wanting to have a laid back but still entertaining activity. My absolute favorite part was the live jazz band, they absolutely killed it and even did a birthday shout out to the birthday girl. The food was also pretty good although it was advertised as a buffet but from my understanding that it was originally a buffet but had been changed to an "all you can eat" situation. Majority of the staff were nice but some of them were a bit rude but I understand that it's a stressful situation. The ride itself was very smooth and we traveled without any issues. Again, not a lot besides the live band and food, but still an enjoyable experience getting to see the Mississippi River.

Thank you for the details of your time aboard. Served as buffet is not as comfortable for some guests who might have health concerns. The serves plate the meal and you can have more or less of whatever you prefer.

What a wonderfully orchestrated ride! These folks know how to make your trip on The Mighty Mississippi one for everyone to remember . From the majestic paddle wheel that really is the propulsion to the amazing musicians bustin out the classic river jazz, sharp!!
