The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal
This ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access.
Empire State Building visits must pre-book a time and date through the Big Bus Booking Management link (provided on your voucher), or with our staff at Stop #1

Worst bus company ever ! Always waiting ! Not enough bus on the circuit! Waiting 45 minutes near Battery Park! Use top view, better , I’ll go with them next time!

Hello, I apologize for your experience while in New York. Due to the holiday week, we did experience delays with increased traffic in the city. We tried our best to plan ahead and added extra buses to our routes to decrease wait times. We are very sorry if your wait was longer than usual and understand the frustration this may have caused. The bus itself is wonderful and the stories are relevant and interesting. BIG Disappointment was that I purchased the uptown and downtown. We got on the downtown the minute it opened because uptown didn’t open until 1130. We got in front of the Metropolitan Museum at 2 PM and apparently we missed the last bus. Serious? There’s nothing that describes win the last bus comes it just says that They stop running at 4 PM. They should definitely list a last stop time somewhere. Other than that everything was great and the Statue of Liberty ticket was perfect and easy

It was great, BIG BUS tour had many helpful workers at every station and the app was also a great help! At our first stop we ran into Saul Linares and he was very helpful and also gave us an extended day deal!
