Although, we encourage our on-street CSR agents to enthusiastically sale tickets, it shouldn't be overwhelming or make our customers to feel accosted to purchase our products. We apologize if you've felt uncomfortable as it is not our intention. Our buses are to be making each and every stop along our route, checking to see if guests would like to hop on. Is there any more information you can give me on the bus that passed you? Did you happen to catch a bus number? Where were you waiting and what time?
