We record delays and capacity, in hopes of bettering our services and we only close stops or route changes when we are mandated to by the Department of Transportation, we abide by all rules and regulations set forth on us. Whenever we do need to make changes to our routes, these closures are posted on our website and app under “Service Information”. We are always monitoring our routes, and try to give our customers the best tour, while still moving efficiently.
