The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal
This ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access.
Empire State Building visits must pre-book a time and date through the Big Bus Booking Management link (provided on your voucher), or with our staff at Stop #1

What a fun trip with Baynes on the mic! Very informative and just so funny being on top of a bus in the rain...

WE used this Tour Bus after reading other reviews and although it is a great way to see main parts of NY (if you can get on the top deck), and Tour Guides very informative about various focal points and some very humorous. We tried to make full use but unfortunately, they are not well trained to give proper and clear instructions about how to get to Statue of Liberty using the circle line. On our last day, we were given different instructions by various BBguides and we lost a lot of time walking back and forth on a hot day between different piers and in the end we didn't get to see the Statue of Liberty. Also, you can't go back up through the same stops/route from Lower Manhattan to Mid Town, and we ended up using their confusing subway system which was very costly too. So we won't be using Big Bus on our next trip to NY.

Have watched full buses pull away from stops multiple times with people still waiting - happened to us twice. One tour guide advised us to take the subway if we wanted a ride. Inside of buses aren’t air conditioned but with full buses it’s ride in the heat or wait for another bus. Guides are inconsistent. The routes end in Times Square so you can’t make a full loop back to your starting point. Will try a different company next time I need a tour.

Good Afternoon iowaish, We at Big Bus Tours strive to exceed our customer's expectations each day, clearly, we did not do that for you. Please know while we monitor the demand, and plan for additional buses during busier times, there are elements that are out of our control. We can not force any one to hop-off, which cause increase in limited seating and delays. Please know our buses have A/C and we check our buses before leaving for the days service, but sometimes we experience issues during hotter days. Although, you enjoyed some tour guide, please note, we have licensed guides who all go through extensive training to provide our guest with an enthusiastic commentary that is both informative and enjoyable, filled with rich and interesting facts about NYC. We do our best to track our routes and show our customers the best sites while still moving efficiently. Still, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Kind Regards, BBTNY
