The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal
This ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access.
Empire State Building visits must pre-book a time and date through the Big Bus Booking Management link (provided on your voucher), or with our staff at Stop #1

We had the 3 day hop on hop off. Myself and my daughter got there first thing in the morning. We didn’t have to wait long for the bus. When it was ready to set off, the tour guide John Harkins was absolutely brilliant. He certainly knew his stuff, he just kept coming out with all the information you need to know about New York. Apart from knowing about all the buildings, he also explain why the roads are one way. Which way the went west and east. It all makes sense in the end 😁 When I could go on an on , you just have to go and have a bus tour with John Harkins he’s the best. Keep up the good work John 👍

Darius and Lee were our tour guides. Both did an excellent job! Nice to see and hear about city in a relaxing environment.

We used these buses several times including the night tour.. the sights and drivers were amazing however the tour guides were not always as good as they could have been..John Harkins was the best tour guide by far. He was very clear in talking over the mic and extremely knowledgeable about New York and general history. Other tour guides seemed to know the buildings and sights we saw but not a lot about the history or interesting facts about each.. others spoke so fast in their New York accents that they could not be understood. It is such a shame as the organisation of this company and friendliness is fantastic.
