Shockingly bad. A con. This company has dozens of reps on the street, selling hard. We paid nearly 300 dollars for our family, having been assured that the buses were frequent and that we would have no problem getting a seat on the top deck. This was an outright lie. We walked to the first stop, and found a queue of more than 50 people. The Uptown bus , we were then told, only went once an hour. The lady at the head of the queue had been waiting 2 hours. The operatives were rude, unhelpful and obviously used to being the subject of much ire from the many furious customers who had been tricked into buying tickets. We eventually realised that there was no way we were going to get on a bus that way in the foreseeable future, so decided to walk half way round the tour and attempt pick up a bus elsewhere. When we did finally get on, about 2 hours later, the bus took about 30 minutes to drive 4 blocks. As it then started to rain, we got off, noting on our way out how appalling the downstairs seating was. Stuffy, dark and with practically no visibility. We are now going to attempt to get a refund on the grounds of Top View’s sales person giving us incorrect information. Watch this space.
