I have never experienced such rude and overly aggressive behavior from the employees of yours on the street. I downloaded your app to my phone. I then tested your customer service by asking how to track the buses via the app to your employees at the bus stop. I was told I should never have purchased my ticket from the website because I was taking away their commissions. He took my phone out of my hand and shook it in front of me. I was appalled. Another customer standing beside me asked if I could show her how it worked. She and her mother were from Mexico and stated how the employees weren’t helpful at all. I have traveled around the world testing other hop on hop off buses and never experienced such lack of customer service. I wish I could say this was only one employee but each time I would speak to your employees they were only willing to answer questions if they thought I didn’t have a pass. Once I said I had I pass I was brushed off and couldn’t get help. I went to your competition Big Bus and asked how much their 1 day pass was ($50 by the way). I said it was too expensive and to my shock their employee took me across the street to one of the Top View employees and said he could give me a better price. Imagine my surprise when your staff are so unwilling to help an actual paying customer and your competitors will bend over backwards knowing I wasn't going to buy their ticket. Travelers come and go but in this day and age many travelers review companies online before using. If I were in charge of your company I would want to be known for having the best customer service in NYC not for employing aggressive, argumentative, and possibly having the worst customer service.

We're extremely sorry that you had to face such difficulties, problems in customer service are not something we are known for. As you can see from our other reviews, we pride ourselves on providing great customer service and we'd like to do the same for you. We purchased our ticket at 11.59 am and assumed as it was printed on the tickets that it expired at 11.59pm we boarded the bus in good faith and hopped on and hopped off at the world trade centre. The first bus to come along had a lady driver and spaces but she refused entry. We waited for another bus and we boarded,which consequently broke down at pier 57 we waited almost an hour after we were informed that an empty bus was coming to collect everybody, the bus was retrieved by the police force at least 20 minutes before we were able to get on a bus. We were then back on the bus route which we were expecting to take us back to where we hopped on at the Empire State Building to be informed at Stop 16 was the end of the line as it was passed 1800 hrs. We Consider That Your Sales Teams Are Extremely misleading and we would strongly recommend that people DO NOT USE YOUR COMPANY. We fully intend to inform the concierge at our hotel to for warn any potential customers

Got scammed into buying a 3 day pass, which we actually got 5 days worth for the same price. Thought it would be an easy way to get around NYC without worrying about taxis for the majority of our stay. On a 33 degree day (around 90 degrees Fahrenheit) we were made to sit on a bus with no air conditioning underneath and no windows. Not only is the service so poorly run and organised, it takes hours and hours due to the ‘hopping on and off’ and mucking around that happens. Also, don’t fall for the ‘free wifi’, after many buses we went on, not one of them had working wifi. Not impressed, waste of money. Might as well walk!!
